Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable, although there were some unpleasant smells coming from the bathroom at times. The service was exceptional, with the staff being super friendly and even offering to drive us to the skiing location daily. The location, while a bit remote, was exclusive and very close to the Okushiga ski lifts. The dining experience with Ikeda-san was lovely, featuring natural products. The facilities were well-maintained, and I had a great time using the hot spa.
My stay at the hotel was a comfortable experience with some minor issues. The rooms, despite having some unpleasant smells from the bathroom at times, were generally comfortable and of good size. I especially enjoyed the public bathroom and hot spa facilities. However, I found the decor to be slightly outdated.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, and I highly recommend using the public bathroom and hot spa facilities. However, there were some unpleasant smells from the bathroom at times. The service was superb and very helpful, especially when we needed winter tire chains for our car. The location, although a bit remote, was exclusive and convenient for accessing the ski lifts. Dining with Ikeda-san was a lovely experience with fresh fish. The facilities were great with friendly and English-speaking staff.
The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable with highly recommended public bathrooms and hot spa. However, there were some unpleasant smells from the bathroom at times. The service was excellent with multilingual staff who were superbly helpful, especially with car needs. The location is exclusive and very close to the Okushiga ski lifts. Dining with Ikeda-san was lovely, particularly the beef dishes. The facilities are top-notch as well.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, with a recommendation for the public bathroom and hot spa. However, I did notice some slight outdated aspects and there were occasional unpleasant smells coming from the bathroom. The service was top-notch, with super friendly staff who were absolutely fantastic and even went out of their way to help us with winter tire chains for our car. The location, although a bit remote, was exclusive and great for beginners being right next to the ski school with English-speaking coaches, plus it was very close to the Okushiga ski lifts. Dining with Ikeda-san was lovely, especially the local fish. Overall, a great experience!
